In this role, you will have real impact, working in a small, agile team where your ideas, ownership, and drive will directly contribute to the success and future growth of the lab.If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, taking responsibility, and being part of something new, this role offers excellent opportunities to grow both technically and professionally.Role OverviewIn this role, you will perform repairs and calibrations on a wide range of test and measurement equipment, ensuring traceable and accredited standards are met. Strong hands-on experience with electronics repair is essential and considered a key advantage.You will be part of a newly established service lab in Saudi Arabia, working in a small, agile team with the ambition to grow rapidly. This requires a proactive, flexible mindset and willingness to take ownership across multiple aspects of lab operations.Our goal is to return 95% of all repairs and calibrations within five working days, delivering excellent service and responsiveness to our customers.ResponsibilitiesPerform calibrations in line with traceable and accredited standardsExecute diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electronic test equipmentSupport the setup and development of the new service laboratory in Saudi ArabiaEnsure high-quality service delivery and strong customer satisfactionHandle administrative tasks related to service operations (service reports, certificates, system updates)Execute firmware, hardware, and software updates where requiredProvide technical support and advice to customers and internal stakeholdersSupport continuous improvement initiatives to increase turnaround time and lab efficiencyEnsure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and safety requirementsExperience & QualificationsDegree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent (mid to high level)Hands-on experience in repairing electronic or electrical equipment (essential)Experience with calibration processes is a strong advantageAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsFamiliarity with test and measurement equipment (preferred)Good understanding of quality standards and traceability (ISO/IEC 17025 is a plus)Good communication skills and ability to work independentlyProficiency in English required; Arabic is an advantagePersonal SkillsStrong hands-on, problem-solving mindsetAble to work in a startup-like environment with changing prioritiesTeam player with a proactive attitudeHigh level of ownership and accountabilityDetail-oriented with a focus on qualityWhy You Should Join FlukeWork with world-class, high-end test and measurement equipmentBe part of building a new service lab from the ground up in Saudi ArabiaJoin a global network of experienced technicians and expertsStrong opportunities for professional growth locally and internationallyContribute directly to the success and expansion of our Middle East operationsFortive Corporation OverviewFortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
