Responsible for optimizing the operations’ resources through effective planning, resource deployment, scheduling, and timekeeping of security services resources.

Main Responsibilities:
 

  • Optimize the operations’ resources through effective planning, resource deployment, scheduling, and timekeeping of security services resources.
  • Oversee employees’ daily duties to ensure that quality standards are met, and proper procedures are followed.
  • Handle errors, problems, complaints, and/or disputes.
  • Keep records of employees’ daily duties, schedules, and duty assignments to track their performance.
  • The assistant can prepare reports on the operation’s performance to inform management decisions.
  • Train employees on proper procedures and quality standards to ensure that they meet SAFE’s expectations.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
 

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • +1 years of experience in various rules.

  • Have strong planning skills to optimize the operations’ resources. able to deploy resources effectively and efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the operations.
