You will provide the analytical foundation for a business unit being built from the ground up, partnering closely with regional leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable financial plans and insights. This role offers a unique opportunity to help establish financial processes, governance, and decision-making frameworks during a critical growth and integration phase.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisLead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting cycles, and long-range financial planning for the META region.Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and growth scenarios.Consolidate and analyze regional financial results, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Business Partnering & Decision SupportAct as a trusted finance partner to regional leadership, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.Provide financial evaluation and recommendations for business initiatives, pricing actions, and investment proposals.Support the development of the regional operating model, including cost center structures and financial alignment.Reporting & SystemsOwn monthly management reporting, executive dashboards, and KPI tracking across the region.Drive effective utilization of financial planning and consolidation systems, including SAP and OneStream.Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and data quality.Governance & ControlsSupport compliance with Clarios financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.Monitor budget adherence and proactively identify financial risks and opportunities.Contribute to the design and implementation of financial governance frameworks as new legal entities are established within the region.What We Look ForEducationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.MBA, CPA, CFA, or a comparable professional qualification is an advantage.Experience5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, or a related finance function.Experience in a multinational, manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environment is preferred.Exposure to regional start-ups, business integration projects, or greenfield operations is considered a strong advantage.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP, consolidation, and business intelligence tools such as SAP, OneStream, and Power BI.Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Fluent English language skills.Travel RequirementsUp to 25% regional travel.What We OfferAt Clarios, you will have the opportunity to work closely with regional leadership and contribute to the success of a global market leader. Commercial Finance Manager

Your ContributionAs the Commercial Finance Manager META, you will serve as the primary finance partner to the Sales and Commercial organization across the region. You will play a critical role in driving pricing discipline, profitability analysis, and credit risk management as Clarios continues to expand its distributor and customer footprint across META. You will help ensure that commercial decisions are grounded in strong financial analysis while supporting profitable and sustainable growth across a diverse set of markets.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Finance Business PartneringPartner with Sales and Commercial teams to evaluate deal economics, customer profitability, and channel performance.Support contract, tender, and distributor agreement negotiations through financial analysis and scenario modeling.Deliver commercial performance reporting, including sales, margin, and channel mix analysis.Pricing & Profitability ManagementSupport the development and monitoring of pricing strategies across product lines and markets.Analyze the impact of tariffs, duties, and input cost movements on pricing and profitability.Identify margin improvement opportunities and monitor pricing compliance across the distributor network.Credit & Risk ManagementLead the design and administration of the regional distributor credit policy framework, including credit limits and terms.Coordinate credit insurance coverage and monitor exposure across priority markets.Manage regional accounts receivable risk, including ageing, collections support, and bad debt provisioning.Analytics & Market IntelligenceDevelop dashboards and reporting tools to track distributor performance, credit exposure, and commercial KPIs.Support market sizing, fleet, and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market decisions.Collaborate with regional Finance and Strategy teams to align commercial plans with broader business priorities.What We Look ForEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.ExperienceMinimum 6 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Credit Risk, or related finance functions.Experience within industrial, automotive, or B2B distribution environments is preferred.Experience working with distributors or channel partners, including pricing and credit management, is an advantage.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong financial and commercial analysis capabilities with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.Working knowledge of credit risk management and credit insurance mechanisms.Experience working with ERP and CRM systems as well as pricing and trade management tools.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and support commercial negotiations.Fluency in English is required.
