Why This Role Matters The procurement function plays a critical role in ensuring that projects run efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. As a key link between suppliers and internal teams, this role directly impacts project timelines, cost control, and the overall quality of delivered materials and services. By securing the right products at the right time and cost, the Purchaser helps maintain uninterrupted operations and contributes significantly to the success and reliability of the company’s projects.
