Position Objective

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
- Convert window shoppers to buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
- Serve customers with high standards.
- Maintain product knowledge.
Grooming / Attitude / Knowledge:
- Be presentable and well-groomed.
- Be flexible to work extended hours.
- Possess up-to-date product knowledge.
Merchandise:
- Ensure stock is well-displayed.
- Follow VM guidelines.
- Record inventory inward/outward.
Process:
- Handle the POS / Billing Counter efficiently.
- Tally money in the cash till.
- Issue receipts / refunds / change correctly.
- Process payments by cash/credit cards/vouchers.
- Maintain store security.
- Adhere to SOP & Loss Prevention Policies.
