Position Objective

  • Represent the brand by maximizing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
  • Convert window shoppers to buyers.
  • Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
  • Serve customers with high standards.
  • Maintain product knowledge.

Grooming / Attitude / Knowledge:

  • Be presentable and well-groomed.
  • Be flexible to work extended hours.
  • Possess up-to-date product knowledge.

Merchandise:

  • Ensure stock is well-displayed.
  • Follow VM guidelines.
  • Record inventory inward/outward.

Process:

  • Handle the POS / Billing Counter efficiently.
  • Tally money in the cash till.
  • Issue receipts / refunds / change correctly.
  • Process payments by cash/credit cards/vouchers.
  • Maintain store security.
  • Adhere to SOP & Loss Prevention Policies.
