Role Overview This role combines strategic leadership, operational management, and regulatory accountability, with overall responsibility for ensuring the entity operates in compliance with the CBB Rulebook, the CBB Law, and all applicable Bahraini legislation. Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and execution of the Company’s business strategy and objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient business performance. Monitor business activities, financial performance, and budgeting processes. Promote and maintain a strong culture of compliance and risk awareness. Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships across shareholders, regulators, and clients, and to build strategic alliances and partnerships.
