1. Customer POs Booking in CRM.

2. Vendor PO issuance in Dprocure

3. Monthly Backlog Report Preparation.

4. ST, Billing, Credit Note Preparation 

5. Asset Purchasing of Yokogawa /Third party Materials 

6. TMS – before month end/ by first week of next month 

7. New Customer & Vendor Registration. 

8. Accounts Receivable – AR Management 

9. Vendor Invoices Review & Submission in Dprocure

10. Managing Customer Invoice submission in Emails, respective portals. 

11. Material Delivery to Customers.

12. Backup for Service Administrator during her absence / vacation 

13. Updating the processed Service sales related documents in the respective YOL Server Folder.

14. Support for Participation and sharing of required data and documents for Management Reports and all Business Review Meetings

15. Any other related duties & responsibilities assigned by the company as and when required.
