Functions Deployment and maintenance of a comprehensive HSSEQ management system (Leadership) Partner with Process Champions and Business Leaders to implement and maintain HSSEQ Management System requirements. Lead the deployment of HSSE core processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements across the business. Establish and monitor annual HSSEQ objectives, KPIs, and continual improvement initiatives. Conduct site visits, audits, inspections, and quality reviews to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, customer, and corporate HSSEQ requirements. Support tender submissions and project delivery through the development and review of HSSE and Quality documentation. Maintain environmental, quality, and operational controls to meet stakeholder expectations. Identify and manage HSE, quality, and operational risks through effective controls and corrective actions. Monitor audit findings, non-conformances, customer feedback, and improvement actions to enhance system performance. Participate, or assist with the roll out the following: Partner with business leaders to implement and maintain HSSE and Quality Management System requirements. Lead compliance with HSSEQ processes and regulatory requirements across operations. Establish and monitor HSSEQ objectives, KPIs, audits, and continual improvement initiatives. Conduct audits, inspections, and quality reviews to ensure compliance and drive performance improvement. Support tenders and projects through the development and review of HSSE and quality documentation. Manage HSE, quality, and operational risks through effective controls and corrective actions. Monitor non-conformances, customer feedback, audit findings, and improvement actions to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction. Operational support of AME should comprise of: Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual HSSE and Quality performance reporting. Support the achievement of HSSEQ objectives, targets, and continual improvement initiatives. Assist with emergency response planning, training, drills, and incident response activities. Maintain HSSEQ action tracking registers and monitor the closure of corrective actions. Support compliance, quality assurance, and operational excellence across AME operations. In addition to Primary roles and responsibilities as stated above, this position may require time to time carrying out special projects assigned by the HSEQ Managers: Essential Operational HSSE & Quality Support Engage with supervisors and technicians on the shop floor, participate in Toolbox Talks, and promote a strong safety and quality culture. Assist in the development, review, and implementation of energy isolation, operational, and quality control procedures. Maintain incident, injury, observation, non-conformance, and quality records, including reporting, trend analysis, and data management within Intelex. Conduct inspections, audits, and quality assurance reviews of facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with HSSEQ standards and management system requirements. Provide guidance and support Operations on HSSEQ related matters. Collaborate with Business Group Management and Line Managers to achieve HSSE objectives, quality requirements, and operational excellence. Risk Management, Fatality Prevention & Quality Assurance Facilitate risk assessments, hazard identification studies, JSEAs, and quality risk evaluations to ensure risks are effectively identified, assessed, and controlled. Review project-specific HSSE and Quality documentation regularly to verify compliance with management system, customer, and regulatory requirements.
