Key Accountabilities:Direct efforts to achieve agreed sales targets profit and volume wise.Devise strategies for developing sales with premium Body Shops/Garages and Government Workshop.Develop a strong and long-term business relationship with key territory accounts by evaluating and understanding the customer's business and correlating it with the market.Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.Function as customer advocate and primary sales contact by complete follow-up from initial contact, quotes, demonstrations, negotiation and closing of deals.Maintain an accurate and detailed database for all customers past and present.Implement best practice and analyse the business to identify strengths/development areas.Strictly implement the credit policy apart from achieving budgeted sales and debtor's collection for optimal results and profitability.Monitoring market trend and competitors offers on regular basis to retain existing accounts.Handle customer complaints and ensure each customer receives outstanding service.Identify and act upon opportunities for business growth.Direct technical service support to develop the business with the customers.Ensure compliance of all standards of the organization.Coordinate with PPG team Training/Supplies etc.Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.Knowledge Skills and Experience:Good knowledge of Refinish Paints Business.3-5 years’ of industry experience out of which 3 years in supervisory capacity.Preferably experience of handling Refinish Paints Business in ME/GCC Countries.Ability to create value addition to the customers’ business to minimize the role of price factor only.Effective communication with inter-personal skills.Ability to coach, mentor teams / individuals.Market Information and Data analytical skills.Graduate from reputed university in job related field.

Counter Sales Executive – Truck Spare Parts (Sinotruk) | DubaiGaladari Trucks & Heavy Equipment (GTHE) is looking for an experienced Counter Sales Executive to join our Sinotruk team in Dubai.This is a fast paced customer facing role that requires strong truck spare parts knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of customer enquiries while working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist walk-in customers and fleet clients with truck spare parts enquiries and sales.Identify, source and recommend the correct spare parts based on customer requirements.Prepare quotations, process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and technical support.Coordinate closely with warehouse, procurement, service, and sales teams to ensure parts availability and customer satisfaction.Manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously in a demanding and high-volume environment.Support the achievement of departmental sales targets and business objectives.Ensure accurate system updates, documentation, and inventory-related transactions.What we need from youPrevious experience in Counter Sales, Parts Sales, or Spare Parts Sales within the truck, commercial vehicle or heavy equipment industry.Strong knowledge of truck spare parts, ideally with exposure to Sinotruk, Sitrak, or other heavy commercial vehicle brands.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with a high influx of customers.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.Team player with the ability to build strong relationships across different departments.About UsGaladari Trucks & Heavy Equipment (GTHE) is a leading dealer and distributor of construction machinery and commercial vehicles of leading international brands in the Arab Emirates. Shopfloor Supervisor

Job Overview Supervise daily fabrication activities on the shop floor involving heavy equipment and heavy vehicle components. Coordinate and monitor the work of welders, fabricators, CNC operators, machine operators, and other workshop personnel. Ensure proper operation of fabrication machinery including CNC machines, milling machines, drilling machines, cutting machines, and other workshop equipment. Review technical drawings and fabrication plans to ensure accurate production and assembly of components. Allocate tasks to team members, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed within scheduled timelines. Inspect fabricated components and welding work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve technical issues related to machines and fabrication processes. Monitor material usage, assist with inventory control, and ensure proper handling of fabrication materials and tools. Maintain production reports, work logs, and documentation related to fabrication activities. Train and guide workshop staff to improve productivity, workmanship, and operational efficiency.
