Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Direct efforts to achieve agreed sales targets profit and volume wise.
  • Devise strategies for developing sales with premium Body Shops/Garages and Government Workshop.
  • Develop a strong and long-term business relationship with key territory accounts by evaluating and understanding the customer's business and correlating it with the market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Function as customer advocate and primary sales contact by complete follow-up from initial contact, quotes, demonstrations, negotiation and closing of deals.
  • Maintain an accurate and detailed database for all customers past and present.
  • Implement best practice and analyse the business to identify strengths/development areas.
  • Strictly implement the credit policy apart from achieving budgeted sales and debtor's collection for optimal results and profitability.
  • Monitoring market trend and competitors offers on regular basis to retain existing accounts.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure each customer receives outstanding service.
  • Identify and act upon opportunities for business growth.
  • Direct technical service support to develop the business with the customers.
  • Ensure compliance of all standards of the organization.
  • Coordinate with PPG team Training/Supplies etc.
  • Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • Good knowledge of Refinish Paints Business.
  • 3-5 years’ of industry experience out of which 3 years in supervisory capacity.
  • Preferably experience of handling Refinish Paints Business in ME/GCC Countries.
  • Ability to create value addition to the customers’ business to minimize the role of price factor only.
  • Effective communication with inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to coach, mentor teams / individuals.
  • Market Information and Data analytical skills.
  • Graduate from reputed university in job related field.
