Technical Service Engineer

The Technical Service Engineer will be a key technical expert in the service business team, specializing in the troubleshooting and resolution of compressor issues during service and operations. They will provide technical support, guidance, and solutions to ensure the optimal performance of compressors in the field.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with compressors during service and operations.
• Provide on-site technical support to customers, ensuring quick and effective resolution of service issues.
• Work closely with the service team to develop and implement service strategies that enhance compressor reliability and performance.
• Conduct technical training sessions for customers and service staff to improve understanding and handling of compressor equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and insights on compressor performance and serviceability.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in compressor service and operations.

What you Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in compressor service and operations, with a strong track record of troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
• Fluent in Arabic and English to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia to provide on-site support.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to compressor service.
