Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Associates to join our Home Centre team in the United Arab Emirates. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience and helping customers find the perfect home furnishings for their spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable home furnishing products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store displays are appealing
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale
- Assist with inventory management, including stock receiving and replenishment
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Support promotional activities and in-store events
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of retail or customer service experience (freshers welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for home furnishing and interior design
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
