Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Maritime, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fleet operations, maritime logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of maritime operations and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and relevant technologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

About the RoleThe Manager – HSE Oil & Gas position provides technical leadership and oversight to ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulatory requirements, international standards, and AD Ports Group Integrated HSE Management System requirements, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
