What You'll Do:

• Drive end-to-end enterprise sales efforts, from prospecting to deal closure, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding targets.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional developers, landlords, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate across teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and support their long-term growth.
• Lead negotiations and presentations that highlight Kaizen’s unique offerings and competitive advantages.
• Maintain robust sales pipelines and provide insightful forecasts to support business planning.
• Represent Kaizen with professionalism and enthusiasm at industry events and networking opportunities.

• Experienced in enterprise sales, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industries.
• A natural relationship-builder with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker who thrives in complex deal environments and can navigate long sales cycles successfully.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiar with the UAE market and the particular challenges and opportunities it presents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced qualifications a plus.
• 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, ideally within real estate or asset management sectors.
• Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing ambitious sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities and business acumen.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements independently.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and related regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Self-driven, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
