As the Senior Sales Enterprise Manager, you'll engage with top-tier clients, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and close impactful deals.
What You'll Do:
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales efforts, from prospecting to deal closure, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding targets.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional developers, landlords, and financial institutions.
- Collaborate across teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and support their long-term growth.
- Lead negotiations and presentations that highlight Kaizen’s unique offerings and competitive advantages.
- Maintain robust sales pipelines and provide insightful forecasts to support business planning.
- Represent Kaizen with professionalism and enthusiasm at industry events and networking opportunities.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in enterprise sales, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industries.
- A natural relationship-builder with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker who thrives in complex deal environments and can navigate long sales cycles successfully.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiar with the UAE market and the particular challenges and opportunities it presents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced qualifications a plus.
- 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, ideally within real estate or asset management sectors.
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities and business acumen.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements independently.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and related regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Self-driven, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
