Key Responsibilities:
- Category Management & Execution Excellence
- Execute category management activities in line with defined procurement policies, processes, and governance standards.
- Align sourcing initiatives with business stakeholder procurement requirements.
- Monitor KPIs, identify operational gaps, and recommend improvement actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within strategic procurement workflows.
- Act as the first point of contact for category management and strategic sourcing queries and escalate exceptions when required.
- Manage procurement category spend of approximately AED 10+ Million.
- Strategic Sourcing Management
- Execute end-to-end strategic sourcing activities across assigned procurement categories.
- Identify sourcing constraints, supply risks, and mitigation plans.
- Support supplier lifecycle management including sourcing, evaluation, contracting, renewal, and termination processes.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving service levels, reducing costs, and strengthening compliance.
- Spend Analysis & Cost Optimization
- Perform spend analysis to identify procurement trends, opportunities, and savings initiatives.
- Execute cost-saving and value optimization initiatives aligned with category strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast demand and optimize procurement value.
- Conduct cost-benefit and value analysis for sourcing projects.
- Ensure procurement activities align with budgets and cost-saving targets.
- Market Intelligence & Category Strategy Support
- Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking analysis to monitor supplier markets, pricing trends, and risks.
- Provide analytical inputs to support category and supplier strategy development.
- Track sourcing initiatives, savings delivery, and category performance metrics.

About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Director – Security Services to join the resort’s Security team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Oversee operational delivery across gaming security, site security, event security, staff accommodation, and logistics operations. * Support the Director with independent decision-making during routine and high-pressure situations. * Provide security oversight for Wynn Oasis Staff Accommodation and the Wynn Logistics Centre. * Assist in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and operational frameworks. * Contribute to strategic planning, including objectives, KPIs, and operational performance standards. * Ensure full compliance with local regulations, gaming laws, and company policies. * Maintain strong relationships with government authorities, emergency services, and law enforcement. * Conduct operational reviews, gap analysis, and recommend continuous improvements and best practices. * Research and implement new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency. * Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking, including purchase order management. * Monitor regional threats and risks, providing assessments and timely incident reporting. * Assist in maintaining and updating the Security Operations Manual and emergency response plans. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of security operations. * Provide operational guidance on risk management to leadership and team members. * Oversee incident management, reporting quality, and resolution of high-priority security matters. * Ensure all interactions meet Forbes 5-Star service standards and company expectations. * Support recruitment, training, workforce planning, and staff development initiatives. * Supervise administrative compliance, staffing levels, and operational readiness across teams. * Support emergency response execution and assume operational command when required. * Contribute to event security planning, including manpower deployment, access control, and budgeting. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Required: Bachelor’s degree security or related fields or equivalent. * Preferred: ASIS International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or other security and/or risk management certifications. * Required: Minimum 10 years’ leadership experience in hospitality-security for large operations. * Strong leadership, effective management and good communication skills. * Self-starter possessing strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Director to join the resort’s Stewarding team. Responsibilities: Assist and support the Executive Director in planning and overseeing kitchen cleanliness and sanitation activities. Schedule and conduct daily kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and fire department regulations. Arrange and supervise the maintenance of all banquet equipment, both stationary and portable. Maintain inventory control and procure equipment and supplies to support the Catering and Culinary Departments within budget. Assist outlet operations with setup and teardown. Handle administrative tasks and staff scheduling. Perform duties assigned by the Executive Director and assume responsibilities in their absence. Support banquet plate-ups, transport and stock items, assist chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks, and coordinate with other departments to meet service needs. Enforce strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food preparation and service areas, adhering to HACCP protocols and local regulations. Support the development and implementation of stewarding strategies across all Food & Beverage outlets to ensure consistency and efficiency. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for stewarding operations, including manpower, equipment, and supplies. Identify and source equipment for presentation to leadership, ensuring compliance with procurement processes. Collaborate with Food & Beverage leaders to align cleaning and hygiene strategies with business goals. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the 5-star hotel industry or integrated resort, of which at least 8 years must be in stewarding operations across multi-outlet or chain food and beverage environments. Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations, cleaning chemicals, kitchen and service equipment. Knowledge of the correct use, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel operating systems. Food hygiene and fire safety compliance certifications are advantageous. Effective communication, leadership, and crisis management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Physically fit and capable of cleaning high areas, handling large equipment, and lifting heavy equipment. Good interpersonal skills.
