Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and establishing strong client relationships. This position requires Saudi nationality and offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives for revenue growth
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations
