Job DescriptionWe are hiring an experienced Breakfast & Bakery Chef for a reputed hospitality opportunity in Oman. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in breakfast preparation, bakery products, food preparation, kitchen operations, customer service, and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes and bakery products.Handle daily breakfast and bakery kitchen operations.Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery items as required.Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, presentation, and quality.Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and sanitation.Manage ingredients and ensure proper storage and handling of food items.Coordinate with waiters and other kitchen staff for smooth service.Support customer service by ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time.Follow food safety procedures and hospitality industry standards.Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas.RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a Breakfast Chef, Bakery Chef, Commis Chef, Pastry Chef, or similar role.Good knowledge of breakfast preparation and bakery products.Able to communicate effectively in English.Good customer handling and communication skills.Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.Age: Below 30 years.Candidates with relevant GCC/Oman hospitality experience will be preferred.
