Job Summary
Procures products and services for non-clinical and clinical supplies daily for American Hospital Dubai. Works with suppliers to identify and secure supply to ensure compliance with procurement. Adheres to American Hospital Dubai's procurement policies and procedures throughout the procurement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure products and services for non-clinical and clinical supplies daily.
- Work with suppliers to identify and secure supply to ensure compliance with procurement.
- Adhere to American Hospital Dubai's procurement policies and procedures throughout the procurement process.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
