About the Role
As a Prep Cook 2, you will support our chefs in daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen organization, and ensuring all food items meet the Four Seasons' highest standards of quality and consistency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing ingredients (chopping, peeling, portioning) according to recipes and standards
- Assisting chefs in various sections as needed
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Following proper food handling and safety procedures
- Supporting smooth and efficient kitchen operations during service
