Responsibilities
- Bring the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life for the assigned city
- Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2-3 persons) as well as a few freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to kick off the operation
- Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games
- Engage in creative sales and marketing digital and hands-onto ensure that customers are introduced to the platform as a convenient and preferred way to play
- Oversee a schedule of games, ensuring customers are delighted with each game they play, and keep coming back for more
- Take advantage of the strong backing and direction of Singapore headquarters, where an operations and technology team is ready to support you.
You should have

We are seeking a Nominated Postholder Safety & Compliance (NPSM) to play a key role in the certification, launch and ongoing oversight of our Bahrain operation, based in Manama. The Nominated Postholder Safety & Compliance Monitoring is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Manager, and is responsible for: • Ensure the organisation remains in compliance with the applicable Bahrain Air Navigation Technical Regulations (ANTR) and BCAA requirements and monitor the identification and correction of adverse compliance and operational trends across the AOC. • Own and administer the Safety Management System (SMS), leading hazard identification, risk management, safety assurance and a just reporting culture. • Establish and manage the independent Compliance Monitoring function, plan and conduct the audit and inspection programme, and ensure findings are followed up and closed in a timely manner. • Manage safety performance indicators, safety promotion and the reporting system, and provide the Accountable Manager with independent oversight of operations, ground and continuing-airworthiness activities. • Prepare and present safety and compliance data to the Safety Review Board (SRB) and support the Accountable Manager in chairing it. • Establish and issue the Management System / Safety and Compliance Monitoring manuals, and interface with BCAA on safety, audit and compliance matters. This position combines the Quality Manager / Quality Assurance nominated-postholder function under ANTR OPS 1.035 and ANTR OPS 1.175 with the Post Holder SMS function under ANTR OPS 1.037 and ANTR Volume III, Part 19. The successful candidate must be formally nominated to and accepted by BCAA and must complete any BCAA assessment or interview required. Mandatory • Thorough knowledge of the AOC holder's safety management and compliance monitoring concept (Bahrain ANTR OPS 1 and associated BCAA guidance). • At least 5 years' relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years in the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position (Bahrain ANTR OPS 1 and associated BCAA guidance). • Comprehensive knowledge of the applicable Bahrain ANTR and BCAA requirements, the AOC holder's operations and its management/compliance system. • Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards, safe operating practices and audit techniques. • Must be acceptable to BCAA following formal assessment. Desirable • Recognised safety-management and/or auditor qualification and SMS implementation experience. • Experience standing up a Management System / Compliance Monitoring function in a new-AOC or multi-fleet environment. • Fluent English; Arabic and regional market experience advantageous. The Nominated Postholder Security is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Manager, and is responsible for: • Ensure aviation-security compliance across the AOC and remain in compliance with the Bahrain National Civil Aviation Security Programme and the applicable Bahrain Air Navigation Technical Regulations (ANTR) and BCAA security requirements. • Establish, maintain and implement the operator's Aircraft Operator Security Programme (AOSP) and set the company's security standards and policy. • Define the Security budget and ensure sufficient resources are allocated to the size and complexity of the operation. • Oversee security training and awareness for crew and staff, and ensure security procedures are applied at all stations, taking corrective action where needed. • Manage the identification, assessment and mitigation of security threats and risks, and lead the security response to acts of unlawful interference under the Emergency Response Plan. • Issue the Aircraft Operator Security Programme, liaise with BCAA, airport authorities and ground-handling providers on security matters, and implement the department SMS under the NPSM. This is a nominated Security Manager position under the operator’s Security Programme and the applicable Bahrain aviation-security requirements. The successful candidate must be formally nominated to and accepted by BCAA and must complete any BCAA assessment or interview required. Mandatory • Thorough knowledge of the AOC holder's aviation-security concept and the operator's security programme and applicable BCAA security requirements. • At least 5 years' relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years in the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position (Bahrain ANTR OPS 1 and associated BCAA guidance). • Knowledge of the applicable Bahrain ANTR and BCAA security requirements, the National Civil Aviation Security Programme and ICAO Annex 17 requirements. • Comprehensive knowledge of the applicable Bahrain ANTR and BCAA requirements, the AOC holder's operations and its management/compliance system. • Must be acceptable to BCAA following formal assessment.
