About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Inbound Marketer to build scalable inbound marketing systems that generate qualified pipeline through content, SEO, and conversion optimization.
This is far more than a traditional SEO role. You'll create high-quality content, improve search visibility, develop lead magnets, optimize conversion paths, and distribute content across the right channels to drive awareness, demand, and measurable business growth.
Position Details

Content Creation & SEO
- Create high-quality, value-driven content that educates prospects and builds authority
- Write SEO-optimized blog articles, landing pages, website copy, and inbound marketing assets
- Develop content aligned with search intent, buyer journey stages, and conversion goals
- Optimize content for traditional search engines, AI-powered search experiences, featured snippets, and AI summaries
- Continuously improve existing content based on rankings and performance data
Inbound Marketing
- Execute inbound marketing initiatives across SEO, content marketing, lead magnets, website conversion paths, and social content distribution
- Build systems that connect content, engagement, lead generation, and conversion
- Support distribution through LinkedIn, X, newsletters, and other relevant marketing channels
- Collaborate on website and landing page optimization initiatives
Lead Magnets & Conversion Assets
- Develop guides, playbooks, checklists, and downloadable resources
- Write conversion-focused CTAs, landing pages, thank-you pages, and nurture content
- Improve conversion rates through stronger messaging and positioning
- Support ongoing inbound funnel optimization
Research & Content Strategy
- Research industries, competitors, buyer pain points, and search opportunities
- Identify content gaps and inbound growth opportunities
- Develop compelling content ideas backed by research
- Stay current on SEO best practices, AI-powered search, content marketing, and distribution strategies
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Analyze rankings, organic traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Optimize content based on measurable performance
- Provide recommendations that improve inbound marketing results

Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, and Content Writing

- Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Excellent written English and storytelling skills
- Experience creating conversion-focused marketing content
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Portfolio showcasing inbound or SEO-driven content
Nice to Have
- Agency or B2B marketing experience
- Experience building and promoting lead magnets
