Job Title: High School Business and Economics Teacher
Location: Bahrain

Job Description: The main role of the teacher is to create a learning environment where all students and challenged according to their ability, using effective teaching and assessment strategies that enhances their knowledge, skills and understanding
Start Date: August 2026

Responsibilities:

1. To plan collaboratively with Subject and grade/subject team teachers and coordinators
2. Planning based on student learning outcomes derived from the BC curriculum
3. Plan assessment strategies throughout the planning process
4. To plan according to a range of ability levels so that all students are challenged through differentiation
5. To work in collaboration with educational support

Requirements:
Bachelors/ Education/ PGCE Degree.
Excellent relational skills are essential, including the ability to relate professionally and must be able to work well independently and cooperatively, and to use discretion when handling confidential information.
Should be able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities well and work efficiently.
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently is essential.
Willingness and enthusiasm for working with multidisciplinary team.

Standard pay scale in place for BC-certified teachers, based on years of experience and education.
