Job Description
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the financial services activity relevant to the licensee and the wider industry and its regulatory environment.
- Lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee financial operations and implement strategies that support sustainable business growth and financial performance.
- Apply international accounting standards, including IFRS and, where applicable, AAOIFI, in the preparation and interpretation of financial information.
- Apply appropriate valuation principles and practices across different classes of asset.
- Assess and manage impairment provisions, ensuring appropriate measurement methodologies and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Requirements & Skills
- 5–7 years of relevant experience preferably in insurance industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field including; professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ACA/FCA, CFA, CIPA (AAOIFI), or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills.

POSITION SUMMARY Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property.
