Business Development Executive

BayanTech is currently looking for a Business Development Executive to drive the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and target new clients/opportunities.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline.
• Generate and manage outbound and inbound leads.
• Achieve assigned revenue quota.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Communicate with potential clients via phone calls, emails, etc.
• Promote the company's services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Identify, prepare, and submit tenders in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the translation and localization industry.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Motivated to work with a target.
• Solid experience with CRM software.
