Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Executive to join one of the region's fastest-growing platforms. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from sourcing and pitching new brands to negotiating and closing partnerships. You will build your own pipeline, manage relationships with decision-makers, and represent the platform in the market.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who is driven by targets, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by winning new business. You will have the opportunity to help grow the platform's presence across the Saudi market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of potential brand partners across Riyadh, Eastern Province, and Western Province
  • Prospect and source new brand partners across different sectors, including F&B, retail, self-care, entertainment, services, and fitness
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and pitching through negotiation and signed partnership
  • Present the platform's value proposition using data and commercial insights to demonstrate the value of partnering
  • Negotiate partnership terms and close deals independently
  • Represent the platform in the market and build strong relationships with brand decision-makers
  • Consistently work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly brand signing targets

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi business and brand landscape across multiple sectors
  • Based in Saudi Arabia, with Riyadh preferred; Saudi nationality preferred
  • Fluent in Arabic with good-to-excellent English communication skills
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of your day-to-day work
  • Product-savvy, with a basic understanding of digital products, including integrations, redemption flows, and UI/UX
  • Highly driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
  • Comfortable with rejection and proactive in opening new doors
  • Strong understanding of how business decisions are made within the Saudi market
  • Takes ownership, moves quickly, and is motivated by building something rather than simply filling a role
