Architect

What You’ll Be Doing:

• To be able to work individual and as a team
• Thinking outside of the box and bring creative ideas considering the innovative solutions
• Attend daily calls with lead architect / team to update the status and to resolve any technical issues and coordinating between disciplines as per projects requirement.
• Follow policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Develop proposals as per client’s needs, building’s usage, local and international codes and environmental impact.
• Initiate requirements gathering, designing, and implementing client requirements.
• Developing architecture in line with client’s needs, building’s usage, and environmental impact
• Introduce 3D for enhance project visualization.
• Coordination between sub consultants / clients / suppliers and prepare the presentations/mood boards as the project needs.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural.
• 5+ years professional experience
• Proven working experience as an Architect.
• Portfolio to prove artistic skills.
• Expert knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Communication and project management skills
• MMUP Registration.
• QCDD Registration.
• GSAS Registration.
