Responsibilities Work directly with project managers and engineers to develop efficient, cost-effective solutions to a variety of construction challenges Create comprehensive cost estimates to drive decision making Develop strategic supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, act as primary point of contact for key Bastrop based suppliers. Assist in development and implementation of purchasing systems and processes to improve company efficiency Execute all purchase orders for Dubai operation; handle purchases quickly and without error. Communicate order status to internal customers and coordinate delivery logistics Source critical items, working directly with the project manager, field engineers, and field technicians Manage rental equipment delivery and return, develop system to ensure that rental utilization is maximized and that rentals are returned in a timely manner Resolve invoice issues with suppliers to ensure vendor payment Report and monitor inventory counts of tunneling supplies Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or similar discipline Excellent customer service skills Effective time management and multitasking skills; addresses all tasks with a sense of urgency Acute attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal oversight Ability to identify problems and quickly implement solutions Driver’s license, vehicle, and good driving record Additional Requirements Position may require extended work hours and weekend work. Job Description To facilitate this rapid expansion, we are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with PE licensure and a strong background in land development, site design, utilities mapping, or subsurface infrastructure. Tunneling experience is not required; success in this role comes from deep technical judgment, high ownership, and the ability to lead complex field and design operations with precision. Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of civil design plans, engineering details, reports, and technical exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Oversee the integration of legal descriptions, survey data, and aerial imagery into final engineering plans, ensuring accuracy across large, multi-stakeholder projects. Direct and validate the digitization of as-built civil, utility, and structural drawings; establish QA processes to maintain drawing fidelity across project phases. Conduct and supervise field investigations, physical site surveys, utility mapping efforts, subsurface data collection, and engineering documentation. Provide senior oversight of survey measurements, property boundary determinations, and alignment verification for critical guidance systems. Ensure tunnel and field survey guidance systems remain accurate, calibrated, and operational. Own survey equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and operational readiness across multiple active jobsites. Produce high-quality progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly), escalate risks, and communicate technical decisions clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Anywhere from 5-15 years of experience in civil engineering (the role seniority will be determined based on your experience). Surveying experience and demonstrated ability to lead field operations. Active Civil Engineering PE license or equivalent in UAE Preferred Skills & Experience Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience in working with engineering teams, field technicians, and external partners. Strong problem-solving instincts, technical judgment, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-disciplinary teams and drive decisions. Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership. Additional Requirements Position may require extended hours and weekend work. Able to travel for short and extended trips as needed. Up to 20% travel. Ability to work outdoors and in confined spaces.

Job Summary We are seeking an Architect to help us design, plan, and carry out our construction projects in cities across the world! Responsibilities Apply a first principles approach to design production: simplify requirements, delete unnecessary process steps, optimize, accelerate production, and automate. Assist project teams in the production of quality documents from initial concepts to construction documents. Perform construction administration duties and ensure adherence to design intent, working quickly with stakeholders to resolve issues. On-site construction visits required. Research building codes, materials, and industry guidelines to develop details and comprehensive and constructible drawings. Implement QC measures and ensure deliverables comply with requirements. Make sound, timely decisions, involving appropriate people in the process. Ensure projects meet client agreements, budgets, goals, and work assignments. Professionally communicate assignments to staff, consultants, and vendors. Occasional travel required. Basic Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture. 3-7 years of professional design experience on commercial projects. High proficiency in Revit in a professional office setting. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D, including the ability to develop detailing, Revit schedules, families, and shared parameters. Preferred Qualifications Nevada licensed Architect or eligible for license reciprocity. Experience in BIM/VDC asset development and management. Scripting experience with visual programming automation tools (Dynamo and Grasshopper). Proficiency in visualization tools such as Lumion, Enscape, V-ray, Keyshot, Unreal, or Twinmotion.
