Draughtsman – Water & Wastewater Treatment

Responsibilities: Produce detailed drawings and layouts for water and wastewater treatment projects. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient designs. Utilize AutoCAD and other drafting software to create technical drawings. Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software. Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting for water and wastewater treatment projects.
Estimation Engineer - Security Solutions - ELV

Job Responsibilities: Preparing the estimation and tendering of Security Solutions & ELV systems. Thorough study of tender documents, drawings, BOQ and specifications to understand the project requirements. Preparing the technical queries for submission to the client/consultant. Preparing the detailed cost estimation sheet based on the BOQ / drawings / specifications. Obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Preparing the technical and commercial proposal for submission to the client. Attending pre-bid meetings and technical clarification meetings with the client/consultant. Value engineering to provide cost effective solutions. Post bid follow up with the client. Responsible for handling multiple tenders at the same time. Maintaining proper record of all the inquiries, quotations and tender documents. Submitting weekly reports to the reporting manager. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation and tendering of Security Solutions and ELV systems. Experience in handling projects such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intercom, Gate Barriers, etc. Must have good knowledge of various ELV products and their applications. Must be familiar with local regulations and standards. Must have good communication and presentation skills. Must be proficient in using MS Office applications. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. GCC experience is preferred.
