Job Purpose The Senior Associate – Operations is responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day hospital operational activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant functioning of assigned departments. The role focuses on process coordination, operational reporting, inter-departmental support, and adherence to hospital policies and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of hospital operations and a commitment to efficient healthcare delivery.
