Your experience incubating early-stage business opportunities will be essential. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of experience in ecosystem strategy, innovation, emerging technologies, or advanced business development. Strong understanding of mission-critical communications and industrial digitalization. Established network across technology providers, ecosystem partners, and regulatory bodies in EMEA. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. Strong awareness of regulatory drivers and technology disruption patterns. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of various SDLC methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and DevOps approaches. The Head of BOS Integrated Services Hub will be responsible for: OSS and BSS full stack integrations and surrounding ecosystems API management & microservice architecture Cloud-Native & Platform transformation Data analytics, AI/ML applications in service operations Key Responsibilities for BOS Integration As the Head of BOS Integrated Services Hub, you will: Lead cross-functional, highly matrixed, and globally distributed teams.
