Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Proven experience in bridge inspection and structural assessment, with a minimum of  8 – 12 years in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, materials, and construction methods. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards such as AASHTO, ASCE, and FHWA. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences. Proficiency in using inspection tools, software, and equipment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
