Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Master Plan Design Manager to join our team in Jeddah. This role involves leading the development and evaluation of plans and criteria for a variety of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and evaluates plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities to be carried out by others.
  • Assesses the feasibility and soundness of proposed planning products.
  • Performs as a staff advisor and consultant on technical specialties, facilities, industries, equipment, or program functions.
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Oversees specialized planning functions, such as large-scale new development proposals and environmental studies.
  • Provides overall management of IE-related planning issues.
  • Advises the Planning Director on all planning-related matters.
  • Advises various councils, boards, commissions, and elected officials on planning-related issues.
  • Evaluates operations and activities of assigned responsibilities.
  • Prepares reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in master planning or urban design.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and feasibility analysis.
