Job Summary
We are looking to hire a dynamic and energetic Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in driving Foodics' growth by sourcing, closing, and actively maximizing revenue from new and existing partners, particularly focusing on selling our SaaS software to restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to hit sales targets
- Maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads
- Generate new leads through digital marketing campaigns and industry networking events
- Convert demo sessions into confirmed sales
- Establish relationships with new strategic partners and maintain positive business relationships with existing partners
- Use CRM systems to follow up on projects and ensure meticulous tracking and reporting of sales activities
- Leverage data and CRM insights to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
- Generate a sales pipeline four times the monthly quota
- Complete all scheduled training sessions on new product features and advanced sales techniques
- Achieve high scores on product knowledge assessments
- Foster a creative and dynamic startup attitude, contributing innovative ideas
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4-5+ years of direct sales experience in IT, FMCG, Software, or SaaS industries (fresh graduates with passion for SaaS sales will also be considered)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (additional languages a plus)
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal car with willingness to conduct fieldwork
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Enthusiasm for technology and SaaS
