Job Description
- We are searching for the best talent for the Senior Product Specialist CNS based in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
- Purpose: Senior Product Specialist reporting to GULF Sales Manager, is a key link between the company and the healthcare professionals.
- The PS will be based in Kuwait & responsible for promoting a registered product or group of products to a variety of customers including physicians, pharmacists, and relevant decision-makers in hospitals and pharmacies in public institutions and private hospitals.
- The PS works strategically to increase awareness and create the demand for J&J neuroscience products and ensure optimal and continuous product availability on the market and in different institutions.
Responsibilities
- Maximizes sales of products and increases the market share of these products.
- Achieves sales targets in the designated territory while meeting all Company’s HCC requirements.
- Maintains accurate coverage of designated territory and ensures full compliance with CRM reporting requirements, in line with Company policy guidelines.
- Conducts customer segmentation in line with the Company’s guidelines to ensure target customers are approached with the optimal tools and frequency and provided with best-in-class customer service.
- Maintains the customer database up to date to ensure full understanding of customer needs to be able to timely fulfill them.
- Maintains excellent ongoing knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors.
- Keeps up to date with the latest product information and clinical data provided by the company.
- Presents and discusses this data with healthcare professionals during face-to-face meetings and/or group presentations.
- Maintains knowledge of new developments in the healthcare system anticipating potential opportunities and risks in the business and adapting strategy accordingly to help in shaping the healthcare environment.
- Supports the Brand Strategy and identifies new opportunities which will drive business.
- Conducts ongoing market analysis including Market, Competitive, and Business Intelligence.
- Understands customers and market insights to ensure the achievement of short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Develops and enhances the contact network with Leading Specialists and KOLs
- Builds sustainable positive relationships with target HCPs and different stakeholders.
- Helps in organizing promotional and educational group meetings, symposia, and conferences for doctors and other medical staff.

Fire Life Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and enforce fire safety standards in accordance with local regulations and hotel policies. Conduct regular inspections of fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems (e.g., fire alarms, smoke fans, sprinklers, extinguishers). Ensure all fire equipment is maintained, tested, and fully operational at all times. Train employees on fire safety procedures, emergency response, and proper use of firefighting equipment. Investigate fire incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with local fire authorities & AMC providers and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Maintain fire safety documentation, logs, and certification records. Identify potential fire hazards and implement preventive measures. Assist in developing and updating emergency response plans. Qualifications and Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Fire Safety, Fire Engineering, or related field. Certification in Fire Safety or Firefighting (mandatory as per local regulations). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fire safety, preferably in hospitality or large facilities. Strong knowledge of fire prevention systems and emergency response procedures. Good communication and training skills. Ability to remain calm and act efficiently during emergencies. Daily Report Duties General Prepare daily reports. Verify and investigate all rebates, miscellaneous credits, and charges with Controller and GM approval. Rooms Review room rate discrepancies and complimentary room reports. Prepare housekeeping discrepancy reports. Check paid outs, guest ledger, transfer transactions, and daily credit reports. Review Open PM accounts weekly. Conduct weekly physical room and guest RC spot checks. Food & Beverage Review Micros F&B recap and match with system reports. Control banquet function sheets and verify event charges. Investigate discrepancies with Banquet Manager. Conduct outlet spot checks and review voids/returns with approvals. Other Departments Verify telephone, laundry, and recreation reports with system records. Conduct surprise visits to laundry and health club. Ensure proper posting, pricing, and membership verification. Cashiers Verify cashier deposits with night audit reports. Review collections, bank deposits, shortages/overages, and receipt sequences. Ensure daily collections are accurate and deposited on time. Journal Vouchers Prepare sales, cash, room statistics, food cover, telephone, and market segment journals. General Duties Review house funds and reconciliations. Supervise Night Auditor activities. Maintain revenue and CSA files. Control outlet dockets and revenue journals. Audit collections, advance payments, floats, and daily revenues. Perform special tasks assigned by management.
