Job Description We are currently looking Quality Assurance Manager - Banking for our Qatar operations. Job Purpose Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for working with teams within the Group Communications Division (GCD) to understand key processes and pain points to propose and implement how they can be made more efficient. The incumbent will also support delivering key Quality Assurance (QA) projects and processes such as the QA Blueprint Roadmap and delivering new and enhancing existing policy and procedures. They will also work with other bank divisions on initiatives impacting GCD.
