About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our growing Digital Enablement team at Qatar Airways. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes based on user research and customer feedback. You will leverage AI-enabled design practices and tooling, where appropriate, to accelerate discovery, ideation, prototyping and design delivery, while applying user-centered thinking and professional judgement to design the overall product functionality across the Qatar Airways mobile app and website.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate business vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and testing experiences for digital products
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys and mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Identify design problems and friction points, and devise user-centered solutions
- Take a research-driven approach to design and make data-informed decisions
- Participate in ideation and conceptual development of new products and features
- Collaborate with the user research and testing teams to develop tests to measure success
- Work closely with UX Leads in IT to bring synergies and standardize tools and solutions
- Collaborate with product managers to translate concepts into user flows
- Perform other department duties related to the position

About You
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent without prior experience for Qatari nationals
- Demonstrated experience in UX Design, Interaction Design or Product Design
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer
- A portfolio of work demonstrating compelling design solutions for end-to-end experiences
- Ability to work extensively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrates AI literacy with curiosity for emerging technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Web Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
- Basic HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript skills
