About this opportunity:
- Lead the pre-sales motion for in-building solutions in KSA, shape winning solutions, leading customer engagement and interfacing product area.
What you will do:
- Own end-to-end pre-sales for IBS as customer solution responsible (CSR) from discovery and solution shaping to proposal and delivery handover.
- Engage customers early, capture use cases and KPIs, and translate into architectures and BoQs.
- Design and validate solutions for multi-operator DAS, small cells, and indoor 5G readiness.
- Build value cases, TCO, and commercial models, align with sales on price to win, and support contract terms and risk mitigations.
- Lead technical presentations, RFPs, demos, and trials, and drive technical consensus with customers and partners.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams, SIs, and ecosystem partners to land high-quality indoor coverage and capacity outcomes.
- Guide delivery on design intent, acceptance KPIs, and performance assurance through launch.
- Work as part of core-3 team (commercial and contract fulfillment team members).
The skills you bring:
- 10+ years in radio and in-building solutions, with proven pre-sales leadership on complex venues and enterprise programs.
- Deep knowledge of Ericsson Radio System and Ericsson Radio DOT System.
- Deep knowledge of IBS design toolchain, performance assurance, and E2E integration.
- Deep understanding of: Active/Passive DAS, Small Cells, Neutral Host Networks, Indoor RF design and dimensioning, Coverage and capacity modelling.
- Strong customer presence, able to influence senior stakeholders and align multi-party technical decisions.
- Commercial acumen, with strong understanding of business cases, bid management and solution competitiveness.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable navigating operators, partners, and SIs.
- Ability to independently lead complex opportunities and Manage multiple stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Experience across KSA enterprise sectors or indoor telecom providers.
- Experience and hands-on expertise in IBS solutions.
- Arabic fluency.
- Relevant certifications in RF design and in-building systems.
