Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full HR function during the hotel pre-opening phase.
- Partner with operational leaders to design the organizational structure and workforce plan.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding of all Team Members.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with Hilton standards and Saudi labor law.
- Build and sustain positive employee relations aligned with Hilton's culture and values.
- Design and oversee comprehensive training, orientation, and development programs.
- Manage compensation, benefits, performance management, and recognition programs.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor regulations and Saudization requirements.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the General Manager and senior leadership team.
