Position Summary

Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel
- Deliver guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Stock and replenish housekeeping carts
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces to brand standards
- Perform other similar duties as assigned
Critical Success Factors
- Ensuring a safe work place for all associates and guests
- Following company policies and procedures
- Maintaining confidentiality of hotel and guest information
- Upholding quality standards consistently
- Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Physical Requirements
Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance).
