Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials
- Ensure the entrance, lobby, and reception areas are clean and presentable
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergens, and restaurant promotions
- Assist with special requests and accommodate guests with special needs
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence
- Support team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
