Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Lead pre-opening financial planning and coordinate with all departments
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial standards
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Train, mentor, and manage the finance team
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Support hotel pre-opening activities including system setup and operational readiness
