Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with project teams to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on drawings and specifications
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings
- Develop and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions
- Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects during the estimation process
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents and proposals
- Maintain historical cost databases and estimation records for future reference
- Review and evaluate contract terms and conditions
- Coordinate with procurement teams to obtain current material and labor pricing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- 5-10 years of experience in construction estimation
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities

The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and delivery of major airport and aviation infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. We are looking for a structural engineering professional with 15+ years of experience and a proven track record in the design and delivery of large-scale airport terminals, aviation facilities, and associated infrastructure projects.RESPONSIBILITIESLead the structural design and delivery of major airport and aviation infrastructure projects across all project stages.Provide technical leadership for the design of airport terminals, concourses, support facilities, landside and airside structures.Manage multidisciplinary design coordination and interface with internal and external stakeholders.Oversee the preparation and review of structural calculations, reports, specifications, and design documentation.Ensure compliance with project requirements, relevant codes, international standards, and quality management procedures.Support project planning, resource allocation, and programme delivery to achieve project objectives.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate structural engineers.Participate in design reviews, value engineering exercises, and technical workshops.Work closely with project directors and discipline leaders to ensure successful project delivery.Support the preparation of technical proposals, bids, and client presentations where required.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
