About the Role
Our client is a leading Saudi logistics and delivery group, on a strong growth and corporatisation track, building its contract logistics business into a standalone engine. We are retained to find a strong Saudi executive to lead and scale that business and represent it with government and major clients, reporting directly to the CEO.
The Opportunity
You will own a distinct business line, warehousing, healthcare and regulated logistics, fulfilment, and dedicated client operations, with full P&L accountability. This is a build-and-grow mandate: run world-class operations, win and expand major dedicated contracts, and turn contract logistics into a scalable second engine alongside the group's network.
What You Will Own
- The P&L of the contract logistics business, revenue, margin, and growth
- Growth: winning and expanding dedicated contracts, solution design, bids, and the client pipeline
- Operations: dedicated warehousing, healthcare / cold-chain, fulfilment, to the highest productivity and compliance standards
- Regulatory compliance for regulated (healthcare) logistics, and dedicated-contract SLAs and client relationships
- Building the team, the operating model, and the systems for scale
Ideal Profile
- A Saudi national and senior leader who can represent the group with government and major clients
- A logistics leader who has built and run a contract logistics / 3PL / dedicated-operations business with full P&L ownership
- A track record of government-facing and VIP / giga-project contracts, and of managing and growing large dedicated projects and warehousing at scale
- Strong commercial and business-development instinct: solutions, bids, and senior client relationships
- Healthcare / regulated logistics (SFDA/GSDP, cold chain) a strong advantage
- Fluent Arabic and English, with established relationships across KSA government and enterprise
