This role leads banquet service associates during functions, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Service & Guest Experience Lead and supervise banquet service staff during meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events. Ensure all events are executed according to event orders (BEOs), brand standards, and guest expectations.
