Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/MIS, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or a related role in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, data mapping, and ETL processes.
- Proven ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience in report development using Power BI, Cognos, or similar
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements, goals, and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of complex banking processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue generation.
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reports to provide timely and accurate insights to key stakeholders.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business intelligence solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and industry developments related to business analysis and business intelligence in the banking sector.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician specializing in Wheel Alignment, Suspension, and Steering Systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing faults and performing maintenance and repair work in accordance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Diagnose suspension and steering system faults using modern diagnostic equipment. Perform wheel alignment services and adjust wheel alignment angles to manufacturer specifications. Inspect, repair, and replace steering and suspension system components, including control arms, shock absorbers, air suspension components (where applicable), ball joints, tie rod ends, steering racks/gearboxes, suspension arms, bushings, and related components. Inspect wheel bearings, hubs, and other suspension components, replacing damaged parts as required. Check tire condition and air pressure and assess their impact on vehicle alignment and handling. Conduct road tests before and after repairs to ensure the quality of work performed. Operate wheel alignment machines and diagnostic equipment efficiently. Prepare reports detailing diagnosed faults, completed repairs, and required spare parts. Maintain a clean and organized work area while complying with health and safety regulations. Qualifications & Experience Diploma in Automotive Mechanics or an equivalent qualification. Exceptional practical experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Minimum of 3 years of experience in wheel alignment and suspension repair. Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing steering and suspension systems for various vehicle makes and models.
