Job PurposeRole is to manage end to end technology functions for IBG Kuwait branch while working closely with Head office for remediation of server vulnerability, Security / firewall review with infra teams, IT Audits, ISG compliance support, infrastructure modernization, branch shifting, bandwidth upgrade, application migration & IT projects support.Key Result AreasBe the SPOC for all regulatory meetings, submissions and engagement with regulator/regulatory bodies, external auditors and CBK appointed entities.Lead all IBG Kuwait branch related projects in conjunction with IBG HO and local teams.Lead and ensure all End-of-Life systems, hardware is adequately remediated in time and budget.Lead audit discussions & expectations to ensure no unsatisfactory results in branch.Provide functional and technological solutions, lead applications systems analysis and suggest fit for purpose solutions.Maintain all local systems/applications in line with uptime requirements of central bank and ensure no high severity issues.Configure new / existing hardware (laptops/Desktop) and migration windows requirement from HO along with install MDM for mobile. Key Result Areas Ensure efficient, accurate, and secure administration of user profiles across all banking systems, aligning access with business needs and compliance requirements. Lead the team in providing support to resolve user access issues and system-related problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Continuously review and refine user profile administration processes, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and risk reduction. Ensure the timely and effective delivery of user access requests, access reviews, and deactivation of redundant profiles in line with company policies. Ensure user profile management aligns with security best practices, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
