What’s On Your Plate?
● Own talabat mart country trade campaign strategy and calendar in alignment with country commercial lead.
● Plan, project manage and measure all talabat mart campaigns.
● Work closely with Category and Grocery Marketing on opportunities to grow sales and surface assortments and promotions.
● Support in management of creative production for trade-driving campaigns
● Set up media assets in app inc. campaign landing pages, banners, boosted SKUs
● Plan and execute tailored and targeted campaigns to drive growth
● Coordinate between commercial teams and marketing teams to align on featured promotions and products.
● Proactively recommend and support in the development and implementation of new strategies to boost volume growth, while keeping margins on target
● Analyze all on-going campaigns, including daily tracking of performance and budget management
● Execute all aspects of the life-cycle management process.
● Conduct and implement a competitive intelligence and market insights review process
● Analyze data sets to identify consumer and market trends, and suggest high impact growth strategies
● Work with the Marketing team to develop content to drive brand awareness, sessions, new customer acquisition and orders
● Work with CRM and Performance teams to identify and track campaign success in delivering business objectives, analyze relevant data streams to lead improvements
● Working closely with Commercial team selling in app marketing inventory to supplier (product ads, banners etc)

 

What you need to be successful

 

What Did We Order?
● At least 3 years of experience in campaign management/ marketing/ category management within E-commerce/ FMCG/ Grocery retailers
● Good Communication and interpersonal skills
● Proficiency in MS Excel
● Proficiency in English Language, Arabic preferred
● Strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization software is a plus (Looker, Tableau
