Manager – HR – Hala Health Home Care

We are seeking passionate and skilled HR professionals to join our team. As an HR professional at Hala Health Home Care, you will play a crucial role in our expansion and diversification efforts. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, administration, payroll management, and other HR-related tasks. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Oversee employee training and development programs.

Manage employee relations, including resolving issues and conflicts.

Administer payroll and benefits programs.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
