Responsibility of identify system enhancements and insure continues improvements for current systems running warehouses operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with operations to identify system enhancements required
  • Prepare needed CRs (Change Requests) to implement needed enhancements
  • Follow up with System Support Team on open CRs and ensure proper deployments and implementations for required enhancements.
  • Tracking and report CR status
  • Support operation in major incidents escalations
  • Work with System Engineering team to identify systems bugs
  • Troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Collaborating with Operations/IT professionals to improve overall system performance and processes.
  • Tracking and reporting of incidents status.
  • Plays a key role in training and onboarding new team members. This includes developing training materials.
  • Providing ongoing support to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage the systems in place.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT field.
  • Experience not less than 2 years in warehouses operations.
  • Experience in using WMS as key user (Infor/Manhattan/SAP/Oracle these WMS are plus).
  • Experience in SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in systems integrations is a plus.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Problem analysis and troubleshooting skill.
  • Process oriented and documentation skill.
  • Project management skill is a plus.
